Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Spotting And Frequent Urination Along With Negative UPT? 

Had an implanon removed in May, had unprotected sex on ovulation day on the 1st of July. Been feeling twingies, cramps, lower back ache,headaches,frequent urination,dizzynesss, fatigue since then Spotted for 48hrs on the 10th July (10dpo), had two hcg blood test all negative at 14dpo. Im confused. Was d bleeding due to implantation cos I didnt experience it wit my first pregnancy four yrs ago and am I pregnant? AF is due today 15th July but ive not started.

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns
Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or due to the effect of the hormones in the implanon, which remain in the blood even2-3 months after its removal.
If your blood pregnancy test is negative, then the pregnancy is ruled out and there is nothing to worry.
You can consult an OBGYN specialist for examination to rule out any pathology.
